V obrazec, ki že vsebuje Dharmalingove podatke, vnesite še svoje podatke in ga podpišite. Obrazec lahko dobite tule: http://www.dharmaling.org/en/downloads (Predizpolnjen obrazec za namenitev dela dohodnine). Pošljite ga svojemu davčnemu uradu (seznam davčnih uradov in naslovov: http://www.fu.gov.si/kontakti/). Obrazec lahko vložite tudi prek sistema e-davki. Če je mogoče, to storite še do konca tega leta, saj bo tako država vašo odločitev upoštevala že pri odmeri dohodnine za leto 2014. Če ne morete ugotoviti, kateri davčni urad je pristojen glede na vaše prebivališče, preprosto pošljite oziroma prinesite izpolnjen obrazec Budistični kongregaciji Dharmaling, mi pa ga bomo namesto vas posredovali pristojnemu davčnemu uradu. Tako lahko znatno podprete naše dejavnosti. Če ne namenite 0,5 % dohodnine, bo šel ta delež v proračun in država ga bo porabila po svoji izbiri, zatorej ne morete ničesar izgubiti. Tudi če trenutno npr. niste zaposleni, bo vaša sedanja odločitev o doniranju prišla v poštev, ko boste začeli plačevati dohodnino. Če ste v preteklosti ta obrazec že izpolnili in posredovali naprej (kar lahko preverite tudi na vaši odločbi za dohodnino), vam postopka ni potrebno ponoviti. Insert your data into the form which is already filled in with Dharmaling’s data, and sign it. You can get the form here: http://www.dharmaling.org/en/downloads (the title of the form is: Predizpolnjen obrazec za namenitev dela dohodnine). Send it to your tax office (the list of tax offices and addresses: http://www.fu.gov.si/kontakti/). You can submit the form via the e-davki system too. If possible, please do this before the end of this year, as in this way the state will consider your decision already for the income tax for the year 2014. If you cannot establish which tax office is competent, given your place of residence, simply send or bring the filled form to the Dharmaling Buddhist Congregation and will we pass it to the competent tax office for you. In that way you can substantially support our activities. If you don't dedicate 0,5 % of the income tax, this share will go into the budget and the state will spend it by its choice, so there is nothing to lose. Even, if you are e.g. currently not employed, your present decision on donating will be considered once you start paying the income tax.
